How long does a typical project take?

It depends on the scope. A small support request can be resolved in days, while an end-to-end project may take between 4 and 12 weeks depending on modules, integrations and available dedication.

Do you only work with SAP or also with other solutions?

Our core is SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, ABAP, VIM) and OpenText, integrating additional solutions when needed.

Can you work by hours, by project or with SLAs?

Yes. We can work with hourly packs, fixed-price projects or continuous evolution with monitored Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Do you provide post go-live support?
